Design Featured in the LA Downtown News

So recently I found out that a design that I helped my friend Blake do in a building in downtown was featured in a newspaper. It was funny because Blake told me so offhandedly that someone had stopped by to take photos. Well, the photo appeared in the paper and it was very small…which is the photo you see here. The whole concept was to make 4 model units in this downtown building that used to be a hotel and show future tenants what could be possible in such a small space. From what Blake has told me, the model units are extremely popular. The actual living space that you see in the photo is 168 sq ft! It makes my 390 sq ft apartment seem huge. Maybe I can get Blake to take a few pictures of all the models so I can show you several different designs for these tiny apartments. Oh, and I believe most of the units were decorated for under $2000.
